Preview. A design draft for board review. The marching band competition schedule is real. Anything tagged Sample is test data and is not a real date, as are board names, contact details, and the donation and swag links.

Fundraisers

Fundraising covers most of what the club spends. Here is what is running now, what is being planned, and how to help with any of it.

Raffle baskets

Supports the marching band

Baskets are put together by families across the district and drawn once during the marching season. Basket contents, ticket prices, and the drawing date go here as they are set.

Tickets are sold in person only, at concerts and competitions. We do not sell raffle tickets online, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell.

The Home Show

Supports the marching band

Sunday, October 18, 2026 at Sachem High School East. The one competition we host, and the single biggest fundraiser of the year. Admissions, concessions, and hospitality are all run by parents, so what it raises depends almost entirely on how many people turn up to work it.

Supports performing arts across the district

The raffle and the Home Show both support the marching band. The club exists for performing arts across the whole district, so the board is planning fundraisers that reach further: events open to the whole community, and efforts tied to a specific ensemble, building, or production.

Have you run a fundraiser before, or got an idea nobody has tried? The board would rather hear it early than late.

Other ways to help

Fundraisers are one route. Membership, donations, swag, volunteering, and local business sponsorship are all on the Support Us page.
